Meet the Ellington Family

I could not have asked for a more perfect evening to photograph this beautiful family.  After having to reschedule due to the icky weather the last couple of weeks my heart melted when I saw the golden beams of sunshine coming down! Thank you Ellington family for allowing me to capture the love and laughter shared between your family.  

Welcome Fall

Hello Fall! I can't even handle my excitement over this photo shoot on Friday.  I can not think of anything better than photographing one of my best buds with her mom during the most beautiful time of year!  As I walked on the Davidson College campus I began to freak out inside over the fallen leaves and beautiful array of color everywhere.  My excitement only continued as I experienced the love, laughter, and pure joy that only a mother and daughter can share.  Enjoy! 

Bethany and Garret Part 2

Here are the long awaited pictures from Bethany and Garret's wedding. Their wedding was held at the beautiful Cabarrus Country Club, where Garret also proposed to Bethany on the golf course. That is so sweet. The rain held off and as you can see, Bethany and Garret's love for each other is bursting off the screen! Brett and Sarajane are Married

Imagine an evening wedding on a patio outside a historic brick mill with the sun peeking through the clouds right before it storms. And then a reception that is filled with laughter and big paper lanterns, huge plates of cookies made especially for each guest, dancing, and white lights strung from beam to beam on the inside of the mill. That was the fabulous wedding of our sweet friends Brett and Sarajane. Every detail was immaculate and the couple's love was radiating through out the entire wedding from start to finish. We are so incredibly happy for you both, and we hope you had a great honeymoon in Mexico! What a gorgeous wedding...
